고순도 Capric acid (C10:0)지방산과 글리세린을 원료로 사용하며 에스테르화 반응 후증류공정을 거쳐 모노글리세라이드만을고순도로 정제한 제품입니다.
Glycerol Monocaprate는 주로 W/O(Water-in-oil-emulation)안정화에 사용되는 비이온성의 co-emulsifier로알려져 있으며 유해 미생물에 대한 강한 항균력을 나타내어 오래전부터 식품의 보존제로 사용되어져 오고 있습니다.
