Glycerolmonolaurate (Monolaurin)는 천연방부제 역할을 하는 모유의 지방성분으로 코코넛 밀크와모유에서 천연으로 존재하는 물질입니다.
중쇄지방산인고순도 Lauric acid(C12:0)와Glycerin원료로 사용하며 에스테르화반응 후 증류공정을 거쳐 모노글리세라이드만을고순도로 정제한 제품입니다. 독성이없으며 유해미생물에 대한 강한 항균력을 나타내는 것이 특징입니다.
