Almax-3400

솔비탄 지방산 에스테르는 솔비톨 또는 솔비탄과 같은 다가 알코올과 팔미트산 (Palmitic acid, C16:0)을 에스테르 결합하여 형성된 비이온성 계면활성제입니다. 솔비탄 지방산에스테르는 비교적 친유성이 크고, 독성이 적어서 식품, 산업, 화장품, 의약품 분야에서 광범위하게 사용되고 있습니다.
