연구1실에서는 식품용 및 산업용 전반에 적용되는 계면활성제에 대한 선도적인 핵심기술을 확보하고, 고수익 가치를 창출할 수 있도록 제품 연구 개발을 진행하고 있습니다. 식품분야로는 화학적합성을 응용한 에멀젼 소재 개발, 유화기술을 응용한 나노유화물 및 기능성 유화 유지등 식품분야 전반에 적용이 가능한 제품개발을 진행하고 있습니다. 그리고 산업용분야로는 대전방지제, 무적제, 활제, 친환경가소제 및 화장품 소재 등 산업 전반에 걸쳐 응용이 가능한 녹색화학 소재 개발에 대해 많은 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.

1)Functional Oil Product
The function of food meant physical and chemical features in the past, but now means physicochemical features. In other words, the functional food or the health functional food mean food ingredients or foods adding ingredients that improve body’s health by preventing diseases of human being, or delaying the process of diseases. The functional materials are DHA, EPA, octacosanol, tocopherol, mastic gum, and nano- compositions of food materials. It is difficult to intake these functional raw materials directly. Therefore the functional oil product was produced to intake it conveniently mixing with the vegetable oil by using the emulsification technology. Moreover, it is usable to food industries by applying nano technology of emulsion, and increasing the dispersion stability in various functional food materials and healthy food products.
2)Green Chemistry Material
The needs in human life are energy and materials, and these materials are produced by the chemistry. In addition, energy can be gained from a chemical process or equipment using chemical materials. Therefore, ILSHINWELLS pursues the development of the green chemistry materials, chemical reactions, chemical process, and eco-friendly products. It can be applied to various industries like the petrochemical industry through various food materials listed on FDA, which has the stability, and development of biodegradable chemical materials by applying the vegetable oil & fat extract.
3)Eco-friendly Plasticizer
Plasticizer is the organic ester compound that can be gained from esterification. It is added to the thermo-plastic such as leather, sheet, PVC film, wires, and make easy to mold and process in high temperature. Plasticizer is also used to enhance flexibility, heat resistance, cold resistance and electrical properties. Most of plasticizers in the industries are phthalic acid plasticizers (DOA, DINP, DBP), and adipic acid plasticizers (DINA, DOA). The phthalic acid plasticizers has great effect, but are regulated worldwidely, because of the confirmation which is endocrine disruptor. On the other hand, ILSHINWELLS’s ECO CIZER is made up the vegetable oil & fat, and has the similar effect with the phthalic acid. Moreover, it is designed eco-friendly to apply safely to all industries such as baby products, toothbrushes, kitchen appliances, wallpapers, and flooring materials. Eco-friendly plasticizer of the vegetable oil & fat base listed on FDA can be the substitute for the phthalate plasticizer which is applied to the food industry such as chewing gum, margarine, and flooring materials, PVC wrap.
